Was born in Lutsk (Volyn region, Ukraine) March 5^th, 1982.

1999 – graduated school № 19 in Lutsk and entered the Volyn State  University named after Lesya Ukrainka, Mathematics faculty, specialization - Information science.

2000 – changed the place of studying. Since that time – a student of the International technical-scientific University (its branch in town Lutsk), the specialization “Software for automatic systems”. Graduated in 2004 as an “Engineer-pragrammer”.

In 1999 was involved in NGO activities by becoming a member of Stephan Bandera’s Ukrainian patriotic organization “Tryzub”. In some month – the Head of the information department of the Volyn local organization of Youth Congress of Ukrainian nationalists.

2000 – tried to restore to life the National scout organization ”Plast” in Lutsk. A member of  Volyn Youth  Parliament.

In 2002 became a member of Lutsk Youth Parliament and the assistant of the Lutsk City Council Member

During the presidential elections in 2004 – the head of the “Volyn” part of the Maidans participants, coordinator of Volyn representatives of the youth movement “Student’s wave” in Kyiv, the Chief of the town-region (3600 people) in Kiev - “Obolon”.

Since 2005  – a member of Youth NGO “National Alliance”.

2006 – running for Lutsk City Council (“Igor Guz’ bloc “National Alliance”).

Since May 2006 – an assistant of the member of Lutsk Cit Council.

Since 2004 and now – a businessman, the head of “Fast PC- HELP” - www.pc-help.lutsk.ua
